Hi Soul Trader, The basis for this indicator is to find divergence and trade that. But you can trade it in various ways. Look for articles by William Blau where he explains in more depth about the indicator and how he trades it. There is a lot more to it than meets the eye. I have been studying this kind of indicator for about 3 years now and I learn something new every month. GL & GT Lava;)
