Yep! I tend to only trade Yens these days and EURJPY has been killing me on the smaller TF's lately. Easily solved by stepping a TF or 2 and running the trades a bit longer. Whilst I would love to trade every pair going, I feel I know the yens better and whilst they may not move that differently to others, they are a different ballgame to say NOK or SEK IMO. Where is my lighter and that can of hairspray?! :o As I said above, I don't think you need to have all the other aspects you have available down the bank, TA alone will always do the job and whilst I'm not saying what else you look/hear isn't important, I just wouldn't say its vital to switch from being a gambler to a trader . Markets are fickle but as long as you can adapt with them (ie change TF etc) the problem is removed and happy days. IMO.

I'm moving up in TF's atm whilst the EJ sits in its worst daily ranges for about a year so have even more free time. The problem is I can't head far from the screen so have to fill the time somehow :shocked: :rofl:

The problem with trading larger TF's is too much spare time! I am now SOUR-CRATES too! God I'm bored!

Short GJ @ 207.35 Short EJ @ 163.60 Trading off the dailies atm till the ranges pick up again.

I only bought it up as it seemed interesting guide to strength. Its not, I get it now. S/R and TL's are it! Anyhow, back to being SOOCRATES! Mwah!

Closed it for 30 and reversed overnight and changing to longer view now whilst the daily ranges aren't justifying the screen time. :ciao:

I'll be back when the ranges come back too.... this is not worth getting out of bed for :ciao: Swapping to longer term trades in the meantime...

If EJ solidly breaks 163.80 rather than 163.50, I shall be taking time out till the up trend is broken.... This isn't worth the effort in the up trend.

erm, coin toss basically! Well, in part due to the NQ not retracing like the YM did so as the NQ stayed strong, I figured the YM might follow it back up....
