3. All three major indices have to line up at the point of change. One can substitute ES/YM/NQ with SPY/DIA/QQQ.

You are disagreed on what? All Flaws are non-dominants and Action is Hold, unless something changed and Volume will give you the clue. Jack's or spydertrader's methods - it's doesn't matter. It's would be very interesting if you could describe differences between the two methods, please. Stepan

Thank you. It took me significant time to reverse engineer Spyder's Lateral Formation and Lateral Movement and I don't want to repeat this route again. If somebody will come up with defined rules than I have no problem to implement them for benefit of all. Otherwise I will stick to "old" school. What do you mean by "intra-bar degapping"? Intra-day?
