  1. Hi guys, I have found an MC version of the Pace of tape indicators. Unfortunately, code is not working for TS, unknow words for "time_s" i have tried to fix it without success, any help on it will be appreciate it See text and links below: inputs: period(30), threshold(600), normcolor(blue), highcolor(red); vars: int pace(0), int indx(0); pace = 0; indx = 0; while(indx < CurrentBar) begin value1 = time_s - time_s[indx]; if(value1 < 0) then value1 = time_s + 240000 - time_s[indx]; if(value1 < period) then pace = pace + barinterval else break; indx = indx + 1; end; plot1(pace,"pace",iff(pace > threshold, highcolor, normcolor)); link:http://www.tradewiththeflow.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/PaceOfTape-MC-Source.txt Cheers, Larry
  2. Hi rob, I am living in KL as well, been here more than 10 years. Very nice place to live. Too busy at this moment with my other biz to trade full time, but hope to be back at it soon. Where are you staying? Where do you guys meet? Cheers, Larry
  3. Hi, There is no really indicators for price action. It is more definition of patterns. Read Suri book, it is a great read. Larry
  4. Hi, Sorry for the late answer, i am off on holiday at this moment. PBF squeeze is just an other tool, it can be useful as long as you understand the concept behind it. I am still using it with few others indicators but i am finding myself more and more moving toward Price action. I am sure that the Blue ray version is good enough but for both version, one thing is sure, it is not the Holy grail. Hope it help. Regards, Larry
  5. Happy festive season. And thanks to all of you to make this site the best on the web. May our wishes for 2009 come true. Larry:cheers:
  6. Hi, I bougth it a couple of years ago. I am not using it anymore. I am not saying there are not good, just a bit too much indicators to put together to make it work. He also teaching the cycle concept. Interesting concept but not really user friendly for scalping/day trading more useful for swing, long term. Nowadays, i am trying to "clean " my screen and use as less indicators as i feel confortable with. But I am still not naked:) Hope it help. Larry
  7. Hi, I did buy few of the PBF indicators. The squeeze is very helpful if you known how to read it. Nevertheless, it is a complete system. Larry
  8. Walter, I have found the same pattern as well. Ym seems more choppy this days. YM will trigger a long one, pull back for few ticks and take off. The only option for me is to widen my SL but the target range is still the same giving me a poor RRR of 1:1. ES seems more consistent and getting nice movement that can last for few good points. YM is following the ES and has weird pattern sometimes. And last but not least, if your strategy work for both, volume on ES is just fantastic, you can push easily 50 cars with no slippage. Sky is be the limit..:o I am trading ES with a 237 ticks chart while YM is on 144. Larry
  9. Hello guys, Just my 2 cents. I think it is better to set up a weekly/monthly target instead of a daily one. The only things that i am following daily is my downdraw target, after 10% loss on my account , i am out for the day. You cannot predict the behavior of the market for a single day. what about the days before FED annoucement or NFP, it is usually very flat.Good luck trying to achieve a high target. Larry. Ps: i am trading FX and e-mini's, mainly very short term.
